For a gaming machine I side with the Intel build. For a budget editing machine I'd choose the Ryzen. But then the Intel Build has the 580. With gaming taking first place in your build I'd order the Cyberpower offering and wait for it to get in stock. I did the same thing with my 1080 Ti. It told me it would be in stock on the 18th but I received it on the 14th.

I'd add a 256GB or larger SSD at your earliest convenience. 16GB RAM(total) upgrade next.
