i was wondering if this pc can play some of the new games decent

the games :
World of warcraft (want to play on ultra settings)
battlefield 4 (dont really care on settings on this one 30+ fps good enough for me)
skyrim (same as battlefield 4)

i will mainly play wow. will it allow me to play on ultra?

This is a very old computer filled with components which are multiple generations old. I wouldn't recommend buying this, multiple things could go wrong and the hardware probably doesn't have much life left in it. In answer to your main question, yes it will play play WoW on medium-high settings (not sure about ultra) but don't expect it to be getting over 30 frameson BF4. Even though the rig is crossfired, the GPU's are low end.

Yes it will max out WoW and could play BF4 and Skyrim on high settings. But again I don't recommend getting it as it uses an APU which is basically a low-end processor. I don't even think that you can crossfire one with a 660 so the PC is generally just not worth buying especially for the money. Just build your own.
