Here are the things I need to know:
1.Is there anything I need to change to make it better?
2.Can it run 60fps on most demading games, if not what should I change?
3.Will my PSU handle all the parts?
4.Should I change the r9 390 to gtx 970 or just wait until Pascal arrives?(I'm willing to wait)
Here is where I will buy the components from :

First either you get an aftermarket cooler + z97 motherboard, or just drop down to i5-4690 or i5-4590 (non-K versions since you can't overclock on this mobo). Second, the PSU is: first insufficient, second lower tier and not even fully modular. Should you change the r9 390 to gtx 970 depends on whether you plan on going for more than 1080p. If you will stick to 1080p, then the gtx 970 is the better choice.

Can I stick with the same motherboard if I am going to turbo the i5-4690?And what kind of PSU should I use?Can I go with the r9 390 because most people say in about 2-3 years more games need more VRam or should I just wait for Pascal?

Well you can stick with the smae motherboard, but the turbo boost works regardless. Difference between h97 and z97 is that z97 allows overclocking via the multiplier of the CPU, but the non-K series have locked multiplier, so the only benefit you get from the z97 is gone. Also if you want to get the r9 390 you NEED another PSU. This won't do the job, simply won't.

That build should be good, If you really want to save a lot of money (I live in the philippines, Z97 motherboards are hella expensive compared to what they're really worth in th US) you should probably go for the B85 Sniper B6, as it can support the 4690K just fine and overclocks pretty well to boot.

The 550w PSU -should- hold up, But if you're overclocking your components you'll want the seassonic 620W unit to be safe

Are you sure the B85 Sniper B6 is compatible, it says in the PC part picker that it may need a bios update. Also which 620 PSU?

Or This:http://dynaquestpc.com/product/seasonic-s12ii-620w-80plus-bronze/
Or May I have missed some?

Any of those units will do, I'd prefer the modular one as it has much easier cable management and can simplify things from a cable management point of view.

And it really is compatible right out of the box, The B6 has only one BIOS version and it supports the 4690K fully without any problems.

It's what I used in my build (Hover your mouse over my nonexistent profile picture) and it's happily running till this day.

I can't seem to find it anywhere.Where did you get yours? And can I use the i5-4690k and the Msi z97 PC Mate I'll just get another graphics card to stick to the budget.(If the Msi z97 Pc Mate is cheaper than the b6

It seems that they pulled it out for whatever reason, Damn.

And on another note Z97's aren't really that expensive as it was the last time I checked, The Z97-D3H wouldn't really be a bad option for it's low price
