Is this PC Laptop good for League of Legends streaming?

Hi guys,

I would really appreciate any inputs. My current laptop is giving me problems right now and I will be getting a new laptop. I play League of Legends occasionally and I would love to stream with friends for fun. My current laptop is Dell Inspiron N4010, which can't stream at all, so when I do stream, it is on my boyfriend's gaming laptop.


I found this one on Best Buy (keep in mind, I'm not computer savvy, so I can't really build my own computer for streaming). I thought it would be easier if I was to buy one that would be compatible with streaming LoL on Twitch, as I also need the laptop for university, school work etc. I'm not big into gaming as the only game that I do play is League of Legends.

The only thing that I know I don't really love about it is that it does NOT include DVD/CD drive, which kind of sucks since I do rent movies once a while to watch at home.


Any inputs would be appreciate.

No, that ones pretty garbage for gaming.

This one will be much better, it has an SSD, so it will perform fast, and it has a CD drive. Just don't record a bunch of videos and you'll be fine:

School documents shouldn't take up much space either, so you'll be good there.

This should also get pretty extremely high FPS in league as well.

I'm not totally digging the look. I know, I probably don't have a lot of options.

Can I ask what features does the Cyberpower one have that make a difference or differences from the HP Envy one?

The CPU in the Cyberpower is 50% stronger than the one in the HP envy.
The GPU in the Cyberpower is 65% stronger than the one in the HP envy.
The Cyberpower also comes with an SSD, which will help alot for playing league and streaming (expect to load the match faster than 90% of the other players)

They're basically the same price, but the only thing the cyberpower doesn't have is a touch screen and the ability to turn itself into a tablet.

You'll be able to ignore the looks when you're blasting ADCs in the @$$.
