It might have a B350 or B450 motherboard, and might have faster memory and a slightly better SSD, but that would put retail around £400.

Personally, for a used system with those specs.... I wouldn't pay more than £250

There is the cost of mouse, keyboard, and OS license, of course.

BUT, that does still seem a little high for a used system, especially one running a small HDD, unknown RAM speed, and a power supply of unknown brand and model number. The Windows 10 license does help, though.

Of course, but without specifics, I've got to assume it's pretty negligible.
Could be talking a $15 M/KB combo and a $10 Windows license sourced via the 'grey' market.

Of course, if it's a retail copy of Windows ($100+ value) and a solid KB/M setup then that may change perspective.... but if I were selling a setup with a nice KB/M and all the retail packaging with the Windows license, I'd make sure models etc were known - doesn't sound like that's the case here.
