Is this pc worth the money?

I was thinking of purchasing a gaming rig from kijiji. The components are;

-Core i5 2500k 3.5ghz
-8gb g skill Ripjaw 1600mhz
Overclockable Cpu & ram
-1Tb Seagate BarracudaHDD
-ASUS P8Z68-V LE motherboard
-Corsair h60 water cooler
-Ultra Defender II case
-Gigabyte geforce gtx 770 oc (4Gb)
-Corsair 650w psu

This all comes down to CAD$650.
I wanted to know if the pc was worth the amount.

I might sound dumb right now, but is this Canadian dollars or USD? Either way, I personally think it is. In the US, I bought my PC parts for a total of $631 without rebates AND IT INCLUDED WINDOWS. My rig has i5 4590, 8GB RAM, Corsair CX500m, 1TB HDD and a GTX 960. Now most of these were bought in store in Microcenter, but non the less, it was how much I bought it for. The PC you are looking to buy is very similar to mine, in terms of performance you are going to get in games and software, just an older generation with 2 more GB of VRAM, a CPU cooler (which mine doesn't) and an overclockable CPU i5. So assuming that the PC does have Windows and that you already have the monitor, cables for it, Keyboard/mouse, Wi-fi adapter/ethernet cable, then yes it is a good deal.
