Is this possible? do i need certain equipment?

So.... I live on some land, but, we have s**t internet. Our neighbor is high enough up to get Western Broadband, but we are too low to get it. Is there any equipment needed to "ping" off of them?

Well... What i was meaning was to, sort of, use their satellite as a tower and bounce the incoming signal off of theirs and onto the equipment that Western Broadband has setup
