its a decent power supply and will work fine with your setup assuming that you dont add a power hungry Graphics card to it.

Sure, that will be more than enough. For a system without a discrete video card it's really more watts than you need.

have you build it already? if not, please get a better motherboard, and you could get a 8320, saves you a few bucks, an aftermarket cooler and a gpu would come in handy too 😛

In that case, I'd get a bigger PSU. You'd be pushing the PSU to it's limits running that
