No name eBay PSU;s can damage your pc. I would recommend using a reputable brand such as corsair. Any psu should work for that card as it doesn't use that much power. Just remember to use a quality brand.
 
It won't fit anyway, its not a standard size, the screw holes on the case won't line up with it.

Also, it lists the max load levels down below, 22A on the 12V rail is like 300W PSU range, not 500W PSU. Its not a good PSU and it is marginal on if its specs could even power your system assuming it did have good internals.
