Is this Power Supply GOOD?

Hey guys Im buying my PC tomorrow and I have a budget. Is this power supply is trusted?

It's from EVGA 750watts. I will be using a RTX 2080 card. Please let me know because I dont see much reviews.

Has no efficiency rating and doesn't use japanese capcitors. I wouldn't trust it.
From the website you provided the Seasonic FOCUS FM-750 will be a much better deal in terms of reliability and efficiency.

Not that great either. Don't cheap out on your PSU. If you can afford an RTX 2080, you can afford to spend an extra $20 on a decent PSU.

Doesn't look better than that EVGA. The SeaSonic unit is a far better deal for the price... I wouldn't skimp on the power supply when buying a RTX 2080.

Well I said im on a budget and I thought that EVGA one is good. And in my country its not that cheap. Its expensive.

Yes it will be plenty and should allow for further upgrades in the future.
