Is this power supply suffecient?

Solution
Don't trust that power supply at all, it's a fire hazard. You're only getting 432 watts worth of amperage on your dual +12v rails. Much of the power to run the CPU comes from +12V. PCIe 16 graphics cards run on 12V and many higher end cards also require an additional 12V connector to the card.

I wouldn't use this supply to power a gameboy
You will probably be able to get away with it, but I'd get a 750 watt with 80 plus bronze to be safe and future proof. It's better having more than you need than not enough. Having a power supply with power to spare is also good because as it might not be at its highest efficiency, it will not be under much load and therefore run cooler and quieter.

Okay, thanks to all that responded! I had gotten this power supply in a bundle with a Coolermaster Storm Scout II case, and it's done fine for the last 2 years. Quite and reliable. Unfortunately, you guys are right about the 12+ volt rails, and i will be replacing it with propbaly a corsair or an EVGA 750 watt. Thanks lots!
