is this powersupply enought for 980ti

i got this "xfx xt 600w' psu right now. i wonder if this will be capable of powering up the gtx 980ti

Yes , it is enough to run a 980ti. Not the greatest in terms of quality but it can run the card.

it said on the 12v line 540w and 48a i wonder will it be enough to overclock the graphic card like normally.

It will but you probably need a higher wattage and better brand for the best efficiency
