i have containered buying this PC

CPU: i7 vPro - 3770 3.90 GHz
RAM: 16GB
120GB SSD og 500GB HDD
GPU: MSI 1050 ti Low Profile 4GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro

i Will mainly just play CSGO and browse around. Will this pc give me 120-200 fps on medium settings? And i have Been offered the pc for 396 dollars is it a good Price, or could find something better?

Its refurbished, im pretty sure that the GPU is new, but im not certain of the other components
