Is this ps5 dead?

I just bought a used PS5
And when I tried to turn it on Green things start to appear and my game won't even boot up (FC 25)
And when I put black ops 3 CD and installed the game something lagy and green color took over the most of it

How long has this been happening?

This could be an overheating issue, particularly with the video portions of the system. These are a bit different than PCs. They are not really user serviceable.

From the moment I put my hands on it
I didn't make a big fuzz about it
But when I tried to play my games
The condition got even worse..
The only game that is playable right now is PES 2021

Have you tried a different video cable and display, just to isolate the issue?

I assume you purchased second hand then. Is that correct?

Yea.
I have 2 pc monitor and one 4K tv
And three cables that were already connected to other two ps5 (bro's ps5).
All the same.....

Seems the PS5 is the issue then. Aside from opening up and "re-pasting" it, along with cleaning out gunk, I don't think you can do much else to improve this situation.

When you bought it, were you aware of its performance?

I have a ps5 and was wondering if it had a self dust blower like the ps3 had by holding the eject button. It doesn't but did find this, might help.

Btw it's ps5 slim Japanese ver CFI-2000 A-01
