Is this PSU compatible with my motherboard?

I've recently bought a new PSU and I'm getting my new motherboard for Christmas I think. I was wondering if I could put in my new PSU into my old Motherboard.
PSU (EVGA 500B) connectors/cables:
1 x 24 pin ATX Connector
1 x 4+4 pin EPS12V CPU Connector
2 x 6+2 pin PCI-E VGA Connectors
6x5 pin SATA Connectors
3 x 4 pin Molex to Floppy Adapters
1 x Power Cord

Motherboard (H IG41 uATX) connectors:
2 x USB headers
1 x Battery socket (3V)
1 x Clear CMOS jumper
1 x 4-pin CPU Fan connector
1 x 3-pin SYS Rear Fan connector
1 x 4-pin ATX 12V Power connector
1 x 24-pin ATX Power connector
1 x Front Audio header (Headphone/Mic)
1 x Front Panel header (Switch, LED (ON/OFF)
