Hey, I'm looking to use the XFX XTR 650W for a build and I was wondering if it fits in the Phanteks Enthoo Pro.

It should be fine, your case doesn't show a maximum PSU length, and its a full tower, lots of room. So yes it will be fine.

The PSU is made to the ATX standard which includes PSU physical dimensions. The case is also made to ATX standards.
