Is this PSU compatible?

Hello everyone, i am about to build my first gaming pc. I have already chosen the parts but i have little concern about this PSU. Spend the extra 15 bucks and get a EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply, also only 20 more to get the much better 480 8gb

In my country EVGA is very limited, its very hard to find. Even Bronze!. I have to order it from the UK or another country and hope there wont be any problems with it because the warranty will be outside my country. As to AMD 480, its not better imo. It works at about 1150 hz while asus dual gtx-1060 works at 1550+ and i dont need 8GB of memory.

The NEX series is significantly lower quality than anything Seasonic makes. I would highly recommend against this option.

EVGA's G2, G3, B2, P2, GS, Etc lines are all excellent, but not NEX or W or B.
