Is this PSU enough for a 680

A friend is looking to get a 680 and he linked me this Power Supply in his current system.
I remember when i was buying my 680 it need 38 amps and this power supply if I'm reading it correctly only has 20 amps.

Is this going to be a problem?
I wouldn't want him to get a 680 and have it crash constantly on him.

That's not the greatest PSU, but it's fine for a 680.

That PSU is not even 80+ bronze rated. I would get a higher end PSU, Seasonic, XFX or the like. Preferably 80+ gold rated or higher with a card like that. I would not trust a card that expensive to that PSU personally.
