Is this PSU enough?

Hello all,
My current specs are:
MSI R9 390, i5 4690k, MSI Z97 Gaming 3, EVGA Supernova G2 750w GOLD PSU, 16gb Kingston HyperX DDR3 RAM, Arctic Freezer i30, 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue, 240GB SanDisk SSD, DVD drive etc.
What I'm wanting to do is replacing my GPU with 2x GTX 970's and changing my mobo to a Z97 Gaming 5 (so I can SLI). Is my PSU enough for this? Also how would my CPU hold up with 2x 970?
Thanks in advance!

Solution
Excellent power supply and more then sufficient for a couple 970's with a little headroom for some minor overclocking should you desire.

Not too much headroom to OC?

Also, do you think a single 980 or 980Ti is better than 2x 970? In terms of wattage and the fact I can keep my mobo Gaming 3 and not change to Gaming 5. Would CPU be able to handle it too?
Thanks.

Almost always a single video card is better then multiple cards. The 980Ti would work just fine with your current setup without changing mobo's; game performance should be very similar to using 2 970's.

Okay thank you so much again. :)
