Yes that PSU will provide sufficient power. Don't get too crazy with GPU overclocking though.

Wait for the RX-480 or similar if possible:

Info is not solid yet, but it looks like $200USD will give you a much better card than you can get now at the same price.

Also has some newer features. (NVidia added VR support, HDR, HEVC, and a few other things). The new AMD Polaris cards are also much more power efficient. Over 2X I believe in real-world numbers so the R9-480 probably uses under 150W.

If you can wait, you can still build the system but use the iGPU (in the CPU) or a spare graphics card for now.
