Is this PSU good enough for a budget build?

I could get the MasterWatt Lite 500w 80+ or could get an EVGA 500w 80+ but im not sure which is better. I've seen the EVGA 500w 80+ on a tier list but not the MasterWatt lite. I know i can do mild GPU ocing on the evga so im leaning towards that but it's more expensive. Which one should i get?

honestly this is my only option. I am also wondering if I can oc my gpu on this

the evga one, you can try to overclock , wouldnt recommand.
