Hey guys is this PSU good enough for this build I will be overclocking and doing some video editing and heavy gaming

Good enough? Yes. But the CX line has gotten some bad rap due to its lower quality components. You don't need 750W for that system. The GTX 970 is a power sipping card. 650W would even be more than necessary.

Thanks blackbird I was kinda shy about getting the evga one because its $90 on newegg but now I'm going get it and also is my motherboard any good I have seen pretty good reviews on it but I'm still not sure
