So i've read that my PSU isn't the best so i was wondering if this is good + SAFE and RELIABLE to where it won't take the components with it when it die's

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438054

i have a gtx 960 ssc acx 2.0
and ill be buying a i5 4690k and i will be overclocking
mobo is a GA z97x gaming 7
ps i'm really concerned about the safety of the other components if this dies out, i do not want this psu to take everything along with it that's my main worries and also do u guys think the wattage is ok? along with amps. not really tech savvy when it comes to that stuff
THANK you!
EDIT: if theres any other psu around the same price with my needs please link them thanks again

The eVGA SuperNova G2 series PSUs are top tier; you shouldn't have any problem with it at all. I use one of them in my system and love it, and I overclock my CPU and have multiple GPUs. 650W should be more than enough for your system as well, and leaves you some room for upgrades later also.
