Will a Sirtec - High Power Element BRONZE 500W work with:

GPU: Zotac GTX 970 4GB
CPU: Intel Core i5 3350p 3,1ghz
RAM: 6 Gb
Motherboard: H61M-VG4
HDD: 931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1ER162

it should work, but for how long I cannot say, that is not a good power supply. I think that is a tier four or five one. I would highly suggest a better one by XFX EVGA, Roswill, Seasonic or a non CX series corsair PSU

Do you think it can hold me 2 years? or atleast one.

I am not planning to overclock anything.

I would not trust it. when it goes, it might fry your whole system. one cannot cheap out on a power supply.
