I didnt see anything about it having a 6 pin connector which is what the 1650 super needs i already bought it you sure itll work or should i refund it

If you look at the third picture on Amazon, on the bottom left, you can see the PCIe cable. This is what plugs into the GPU. You can see there that it is a standard 6+2 pin, which can be used to plug into either a 6 or 8 Pin power slot on a GPU. It will work fine.

It has a 6+2 PCIe power connector. You just use the 6-pin part.

I got the powersupply in and installed it put the 1650 super and and i get a black screen no picture at all but when i put my 750 back in works fine. Is the gpu dead you think or is 450 wat not enough power to give me a picture?

its definitely enough to power your system. Triple check all your connections.
