Is this PSU good for GTX 750 Ti ?

I want to buy ASUS - GTX750TI-PH-2GD5 (no PCIe power required)

Will my PSU be good with this GPU ?

Processor - AMD A10 5800k
Motherboard - ASUS A58M-E

Yes, that is good enough. NVidia only requires 300w for that card.
