Question Is this psu good for my setup

The psu i want to buy is a core gx-550 80 plus gold from seasonic.

This is the setup i want to put it in:

I5-2500
Gtx 750
8 GB of ram
256 GB SSD.
500 GB HDD 7.2 k rpm.
