good for rx 570 4gb and i7 3770 ?
Or cooler master rs-500-pcar-I3 ?

The Seasonic SS-500HM is the one to go with. It is a long ago discontinued model.

The Cooler Master RS-500-PCAR-I3 is made by Solytech and is not a good PSU.

The Seasonic but it's a model from the mid 2000's. The other one is very poor quality.
