Not the green label one, simply because that's an older unit. No need to really buy that version anymore and it's lesser quality than the newer ones. I've taken this picture from elsewhere and I wouldn't use the same words but this illustrates the point:



But the Corsair CX series will be fine for your usage, just get a newer on. Even a Corsair CV would be perfectly fine for your system.
 
430w is fine, but CX430 green is a tier 5 unit on this list:

Consider buying a quality unit with future expansion in mind.
Pick a 550-650/750w unit with a 7 to 10 year warranty.

650W is $10 more.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say by 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.
