Considering these motherboard voltages measured with a software, can we assume that my PSU is faulty? (My computer randomly freezes)

A Bestec PSU bought in 2008, I don't know its specs!!!

Bestec is terrible, and know to damage components. I wouldn't even run the computer on it. Replace it immediately, and I mean immediately. Don't wait around.

Does the motherboard's BIOS Setup report the same out of spec voltages?
