The PSU is like the heart of a system. It pumps the blood (power) to the body (components). If your PSU fails, it often takes other devices with it. Best advice...use a quality PSU. Yes, upgrade the PSU first.

What is your budget?

I think a psu that is powerful enough to run
a320m k
ryzen 3 2200g
and 16gb ram
plus the rx 570 for the future will do. rx570 will be my last upgrade i dont really need a high end psu

Given your budget and the site, here is a PSU to consider. I generally do not recommend TT PSUs, but this one will meet your needs and should be reliable:

Of course, you do have the option to use what you have now. It should power the RX 570 and your system, assuming it is working properly. You just take the risk of that PSU dying and taking out the rest of your system.

If thinking of the Corsair VS, this is the only one you should look at. The other VS mentioned has Yellow and white blocky letters and is a discontinued line 2 or more years ago along with every other Corsair with the blocky colored lettering. And it was a pretty bad unit too. The new units with the black and white insignia are far superior to their predecessor.

If you scroll down the page, you will see the old unit pictured
