Is this PSU Sufficient

Would the Cooler Master Extreme Power 460W produce enough power to run:
- i5 2500 (not overclocking)
- stock powercolor 6850
- two ide hdd's
- optical drive
- 2 case fans
- thermaltake contac 29 cpu cooler

450 watts should be enough but you need to stay clear of that coolermaster unit.. Its not a good one.. Get something from Corsair or Antec or Seasonic..
