Is this ram and motherboard compatible?

I could go on pcpartpicker but they don't always have the exact thing. This is the exact thing, will the 4 x4 and 3466 MHz be good for this motherboard?

They are compatible, std ram for the system is 2133 so 3466 is OC. I would get 2 x 8GB over any 4 x 4GB kit since the platform is only dual channel.

But on the website it says that the motherboard has 4 ddr4 slots. So why is it dual channel? Sorry, I am very new to computers and don't know much with compatibility.

It has 4 slots correct, but it can do dual channel with either 2 or 4 modules installed. All slots occupied on many boards limits the ram speed and can affect timings since 4 modules use double the power of 2 and stress the memory controller on the CPU more.
