Question Is this RAM ECC or non-ECC?

I have the following SK Hynix RAM module: HMA81GS6AFR8N-UH. On Sk Hynix it says that it is ECC: HMA81GS6AFR8N : "Supports ECC error correction and detection". But I found another website: HMA81GS6AFR8N-UH 8GB 260Pin SO-DIMM DDR4 saying it is "Non-ECC".
So is it ECC, or Non-ECC?

I need to know because I want to add another 8GB ram stick to my laptop and the one I want to buy is Non-ECC - will I have a problem mixing ECC and Non-ECC in case it is actually ECC?

I dont know of any laptop that uses ECC ram so most likely it is not. ECC is almost exclusively used in servers and workstations.

What is the make and model of the laptop?

Looked on the HP website . Its standard 2400 mhz SODIMM RAM.
