Is this rig able to play modern games?

Alright, this is my first time using this website but, I recently got a Msi twin frozr gtx 770 from a friend, it's actually the First part of my first build, and I might be getting an hp pavilion p7-1026 with an amd phenom II X4 840T from a relative, and I was wondering if I'm able to play some modern games with it... PUGB, Fallout 4, Skyrim special edition, Rocket league... Etc. In and when I get this system should I upgrade the CPU? I am also certain that I'll need the psu upgraded right away but I'm not sure what I should get for the 770, I was thinking around 500watts?

yes u can run them. i would suggest running them at 720 or 900p. yes get a psu around 500 watts. thats gtx 770 is power hungry.
