Is this rig good enough?

MY question, Is this rig good enough to play BF4, Crysis 3, etc and high/ultra settings with decent (40+) fps? To easily see this rig and its setup go to cyberpowerpc.com and in the top right hand corner click load my configuration and put in: 1FKJDM
