I would like to play on ultra
at 2560 × 1440 144 Hz Gsync Enabled

I will be PLaying Bf4, Hardline,far cry 4,GTA V ,etc
also i plan on upgrading the gpu to 880 in a years time but is the rest good enough

yes it should be good enough but its better to sli gtx 780ti instead of buying a 880 in future...
