It's not completely terrible to start out on since you already know you're upgrading to a Haswell i5 and I'll assume you'll upgrade RAM as well.
The only other thing I see that could be a problem in the future is your 430w psu. I know Corsair has a great deal on it, but I would get at least 500-550w just to be safe. It's always good to have a little headroom. 430w is already pushing it for a 7770 and it wouldn't be enough should you upgrade to a better card later.

Yea was thinking that ill get the 500w psu do you no if the intel g3220 supports 1600MHZ RAM
