Is this Sufficient?

Solution
At the very least, drop the cpu cooler. The FX-4000 series and up are 95 watt or greater parts, and that cooler is designed for 65 watt parts. Get a cheaper case and put the money towards a better CPU and GPU like the other posts suggest.

Edit: The Phantom has good airflow. I wouldn't recommend overclocking on a stock cooler, though.

You can get at Microcenter
FX-6300 $120
ASRock 970 Extreme 3 $45
WD BLACK 1TB HDD $60
Thermaltake V3 $35

$260 before taxes.
for PSU go Seasonic USA.
There are some great RAM kits on sale at Newegg.com
I recommend looking at the ASUS monitors.
With the saved money you could step them up to a 7870GHz or even a GTX 760 if the budget allows.

Really? I never knew the 4100 was bad, lol thanks for saving me a heartache. So I did what you said, and it went to about 905$. I won't be changing the case however, my mate saw it when I was searching and specifically said the Phantom is what he wants. Do you think he'll have any cooling issues though? He's probably going to over clock it, so will AMDs stock fan be enough? Haha, thanks in advance!

Haha thanks. However, unfortunately there are no Micro Center locations in Hawai'i. So no great deals (Damn). And sure, I'll look into Asus monitors. I just chose the other one due to it's cheap price. Thanks!

Indeed. I'll try and find a good and cheap cooler. Thank you.

Edit: Would the Hyper 212 EVO be a good cooler?
