Yes, I have the HDD and Windows already, total power draw is around 450W, so should be ok. (Wattage estimated by Partpicker.com)

The rule of 120 (multiply the estimated power need by 120%) shows your power supply is fine. That is, if you don't overclock. If you plan to overclock, then your power supply may not be enough.
