Question Low FPS on MSI RTX 5090 Liquid

So runs at 120hz most of the time (max on my VR headset) but occasionally drops to 50hz. Temps are around 55 degrees celsius, load 80-95%.

Ran a steady 90hz on my old RTX 4090 so probably software related.

Any ideas?

which headset is it?
try different USB cable

Wired, Pimax Crystal. I think it’s a setting in the software somewhere as i was getting a steady 90hz on my old card.

if it drops during game play, it can´t be a settings problem

but you can try updating the BIOS of your motherboard and reinstalling nvidia.com drivers with the option "new install"
