Question No Display!

Hello everyone.
I woke up today to no display. My PC was off. I never shut it down so I figured brown out or something who knows. Anyway, I booted it up to no display. I have two monitors plugged in and no display on either. I'm guessing the card is bad. I wouldn't know how to test that without plugging it in to another board which I don't have. I'm sure the PC booted up just fine everything else seems to be working. Lots of RGB in this PC. I hear the normal sounds when it boots.

I'm thinking I should just get another card right? Can you tell me what to get? What's the next step up from this one? ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Mini 8GB GDDR5. I bought it about 3 1/2 years ago USED on ebay for over $400.00. when they were crazy expensive. So I'm really not surprised if it is the card. I'm pretty sure they have come down in price since then. Is there anything better and cheaper?

Does the CPU have integrated graphics?

No graphics on my cpu. How would I get it to boot into safe mode with no display?

No go. I tried every combination there is. Still no display. The red vga light stays on on the board. No fans turn on on the card. The card appears dead to me. 🙁 I think I just need to find a new card.

What's the difference between the AMP! and the mini. The GTX AMP! Which is only 150 bucks

Practically same, AMP has better cooler. Difference in price is most probably because Mini is used/refurbished. But for those 280 bucks you should be able to find better and newer GPU like AMD Rx6600 or similar.

Yikes good thing It didn't ship right out! It's not the card. I just plugged the card into this PC and it worked just fine. At least I could cancel the order. NOW WHAT though? Please don't tell me it's time to replace this old board. It's only 7 years old. Here's a couple pictures.

Not that it will help. I'm pretty sure that light in the botton right is VGA. I don't recall that always being solid red. Everything else seems to work just fine. All the rgb's light up. All the fans go on. I hear it booting making the normal sounds. I'm sure if there was a display I'd be looking at my desktop. Any other ideas before replacing the board? I don't know what else to try.

Should I attempt to reset the CMOS?

At least the board is only about $140. The card was over $250. But man what a pain that would be with all the RGB's connections lol. I had to use a couple different controllers. Oh well. It is what it is.
