Question Is this system any good?

Looking at getting an entry level gaming pc for my son who wants to play Fortnite and have been offered the following refurbished system.
AMD A10 7870k
16GB RAM
Graphics Card MSI Radeon R7 360 2GB
Operating SystemWindows 10 Pro 64-Bit.

I dont know much about gaming pc's so I hope I have given enough information. My budget is pretty tight (approx £300) so would this be any good as a beginner system and could it be upgraded? Any feedback/advice would be much appreciated.

Can you get back to us with more details? What is the make and model of the rams? Ideally with the A10-7870K, you should have DDR3-2400MHz rams and you can take the onboard GPU(of the APU) to favorable gameplay levels. You will also need to pass on the make and model of the PSU as well as the motherboard. Are you being offered an SSD? How big of an HDD are you getting on the system?
