Here is my list so far:

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=23774832

I already own the power supply so subtract $50 from the total, I also already have a 500 gb SATA 3.0 HD and a BR player from my current HTPC.

My goals for the machine are to run PCSX2 and Dolphin emulators along with some games off Steam, as well as stream Amazon instant video & Netflix. The emulators require some major CPU power so unless I can get higher performance w/ a lower price I'm sticking with the i5-3570. I also really like the look of the case and it must fit in my entertainment center so the case is pretty much a must have. However im wondering if my GPU, Mobo, and RAM are the best value out there. One last thing, I don't plan on OCing.

I'm pretty much at my spending limit, so What say you, can I get any more bang for my buck?

I agree, if you don't need a GPU, an AMD APU is a far better route. Maybe do something like this:

Unfortunately even the A10-6800k comes up a little short running PCSX2, which is really my primary reason for upgrading my HTPC. But thanks for the input.
