[SOLVED] Is this thermal paste non electricity conductive?

Solution
Realistically any thermal paste can technically cause a malfunction.

Just better thermal pastes will have better chemical properties to avoid it, and assist in heat dissapation - the one you have linked is Dielectric - this basically means it is a very poor conductor of electricity, so if it is exposed to an electrical field, it has minimal electricity flowing through it, meaning from a thermal paste perspective, technically it is better.
