The TV itself is OK for gaming, but it's way to pricy for what you're getting. Look on Amazon, you could probably save £50-£80 while getting the same specs with the addition of 60Hz instead of 50.

Now, more in depth. If you're a "hardcore" gamer. I'd say save up and get a 4K TV. The new GPU's coming out from now on will be targeting 4K as standard, so it seems a waste to buy a 1080p screen. But if you're not a hardcore gamer, 1080p will be fine, just get 60Hz.

Remember, you'll need a PC capable of even hitting 60FPS for the Hz limit to even matter.

Thanks for your help,
The TV will be used with my Xbox, so i dont really need to get 4k. Ive just had a quick look on Amazon and they are roughly the same price, except one which is a brand ive never heard of!
Ive been reading that motion rate and refresh rate are completely different things, so im a bit confused!
