Yes it is good enough. Be sure to get a quality 450W power supply, not just the cheapest. Corsair CX450 (2017) is a good budget option.

don't expect to get great FPS in AAA Games like PUBG with an I5 and 1050, if you have the cash get I7-4770 instead.

It doesn't matter what CPU you have you can't expect great fps with a 1050 Ti in PUBG. It's playable to someone coming from a GT 730 though. I just don't think the i7 would make much of a difference with a low-mid range GPU.

You're good if you choose the 1060, the 1050 might be a bit underpowered.
