Hi. I have intel i3 6100 3.7 ghz, 4gb RAM, Geforce GT 630. I was searching on internet and I saw that my integrated gpu intel hd 530 is almost same speed as gt630. So my question is should I sell my gt630 for buying +4b RAM, and using the integrated intel 530 gpu? Is it worth???

The integrated GPU is good enough. Again, if you need more horsepower for AAA games, then you'll need a better GPU.
That depends on what you use your computer for. Even if that's a DDR5 630, the GT 630 is really just an integrated graphics replacement. So that sounds like selling it might be a good idea unless you don't need 4gb more ram.

If it was me, I'd run some benchmarks and programs that I use, with the 630. Then remove the 630 and run them again using the 530. If the 530's performance is acceptable then sell the card. If you can use the extra memory, buy it.

So, in your opinion, sell the GT630 and buy +4b RAM worth ?

Selling the GPU for the RAM is worth it. Just in general having more than 4GB of RAM is awesome. I highly recommend it when you multitask a lot.
You always have the option to buy a stronger GPU if you need the extra horsepower later on.

ok then i am selling the GPU and buying ram :) plus the integrated gpu isnt bad at all right ?
