Is thre any way to set my GTX 780s Fan speed to a specific speed when i turn on my pc?

hey, when i game my 780 gets pretty hot so normally I set the gpu fan speed to 60% but im going to be using my PC as a steam box , so I want to be able to turn my pc on and then sit down with my controller and not have to keep on setting my fan speed manually, so is there a way I could choose a setting so when my pc turns on it automatically goes to 60% fan speed?
