Question Is two exhaust fans okay?

I have two exhaust fans in the back of my case. 1 exhaust on top, 1 exhaust in back. I have been running this setup for about a year and my top fan is starting to rattle when I boot up for about a minute every boot. I am buying a new fan and wanted to know if I should make the top fan an intake this time? I have a CPU cooler attached to my CPU right beside both these exhaust fans so I'm wondering if this situation is a good example of when 2 exhaust fans are okay?

either way I just wanted to figure out if what I've been running is optimal, I hardly have anything else in this case, most of it is in the back near the fans. Wish I could post a photo of it so everyone can see it better.

I would install it as a intake fan and one exhaust.

At least tell everyone what the chassis is, in case the design favors a certain setup.
